Submitting an Ad Request
To use Creative Services for ad creation, simply fill out an ad-creation request form. The form is located on the TownNews.com Web site at www.townnews.com/online_forms under SWAT Forms. Just click “Ad Creation.” Please fill out the form the best you can; there are a few fields that are required, and unless you are submitting a video-ad request, the entire Kool-Ad section can be skipped.
Artwork such as images and videos the advertiser would like in the ad can be attached to the form. There are a total of 12 spots to upload the artwork for a combined file size limit of 40 MB. If you need to send more artwork than what will fit on the form, you can send two forms or e-mail jkleman@townnews.com for access to Fileshare, which is a program for you to upload as many images as you like.
When you have completed filling out the form just click the “Submit” button at the bottom. You will receive an e-mail receipt if it’s submitted successfully. From there, the form gets sent to the design team for creation.
Orders are processed as received. It can take anywhere from two to five business days for you to get a proof back for approval, but most likely you will get a proof back within a day or two. The advertiser can get unlimited corrections to the ad, but once it is approved and goes live, correction fees will be charged for updating the ad.

We look forward to building your next Internet ad!
